This website uses so-called cookies. This involves the use of small text files, which are sent from our servers to your browser and stored on your computer’s hard drive. These do not store personal data but instead use an individual pseudonym. This information is used to recognise you when navigating our pages and it makes navigation simpler.
This website uses the open source software Matomo for the statistical analysis of visitor access. The analysis of traffic to AVANCO GmbH takes place in accordance with the provisions of the Independent Centre for Privacy Protection Schleswig-Holstein (ULD).
The data collected by Matomo, which is always anonymised, is used to improve our content. Your IP address will be shortened and stored without the final octet. This allows us to see from which network a request originates and not from which device.
In connection with traffic analysis, it is necessary to store a so-called “cookie” on your computer. The information generated by the cookie about how you use our services is not passed on to third parties and it is only processed for the above-mentioned purposes.
If your browser supports “do not track” technology and you have activated this function, then your visit will automatically be ignored. Otherwise, you can object to the storage, processing and use of data at any time by activating the statement of objection below. In this case, a so-called opt-out cookie will be stored on your browser, which prevents Matomo from collecting data. Please be advised: if you delete this cookie, then our system will no longer recognise your objection and you will need to reactivate it.
Our website uses content from third parties. This may include videos, fonts or scripts. The relevant purposes and the legal basis for using this content is discussed in the section “Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data”. To present third party content, it is technically necessary to transmit your IP address to the relevant third party. We have no influence over how the respective third party uses your personal data. In the following, we will, however, provide an overview of all the third party services used on this website. If available, we will also provide the relevant link to the third party’s privacy statement so that you can read about how your personal data is processed and, if possible, object to such processing.

It is not necessary to provide personal data in order to use the website’s content. In certain cases, however, we require your name and address, as well as other details, so that we can render the services that you have requested.

We will inform you where this is necessary. Moreover, we only store and use data which is either voluntarily or automatically made available to us.
