{"id":799,"date":"2022-10-13T13:44:13","date_gmt":"2022-10-13T11:44:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.xelis.detechnologie\/x-ccm\/"},"modified":"2023-03-14T15:32:45","modified_gmt":"2023-03-14T14:32:45","slug":"x-ccm","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.xelis.de\/en\/technology\/x-ccm\/","title":{"rendered":"X-CCM\u00ae"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-row row\">\n\t\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-12\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We produce composite lightweight solutions with the X-CCM\u00ae process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For more than 25 years,&nbsp;XELIS has been utilizing the Continuous Compression Moulding (X-CCM<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>) on in-house developed and designed X-CCM<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>&nbsp;machines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the application of this process, the customer- specified material (in form of fabric or tape) is routed through the tool with a pulling mechanism, which opens and closes cyclically. The inserted fiber composite materials are continuously transitioned into the desired form by means of high pressure and the proper temperature induction.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Short replacement times of the tooling &#8211; through modular machine design &#8211; enables a flexible reaction to customer requests and the minimizing of downtimes. The product length is virtually unlimited, through the continuous manufacturing process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The current X-CCM<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>&nbsp;systems from&nbsp;XELIS are able to achieve an output of up to 100 m\/h with a consistently high quality, depending on the geometry of the manufactured component and type of polymer used.
