XELIS utilizes the Hot-Stamp-Forming process for the forming of in-house manufactured thermoplastic laminates. In addition to the widely common static forming, the continuous forming method is also used at XELIS. Through this, it is possible to achieve forming times in the seconds/minutes range, which enables high volumes for large series applications.
Difficult forming degrees with a consistently high quality can be achieved through the adjustable production parameters. Through this, the selection of the base material can be performed in a customized manner.
