Thermoplastic formed parts from XELIS can even be manufactured with the most difficult forming degrees while maintaining a consistently high quality. High cycle speeds through forming times in the seconds/minutes range, enable high volumes for large-scale series applications. For an economic production sequence, our production line can be configured to carry out the Net-Shape forming. The creation of boreholes during the forming process is also possible, and will reduce the number of subsequent processing steps. Our consistently automated production with an in-house semi-automated material preparation, enables us to conduct reliable and economical production sequences.
